Man Can Cook Valentines Day 2011 Special

For all you guys and gals out there who don't think you can't whip up a romantic dinner for that special someone meet Don Juan John: The Cosmopolitan Man of Intrigue. He will show you an easy no fuss way to show that special someone a Happy Valentine's Day!

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

-1/4 tsp chili powder,

-1/4 tsp garlic powder

-1/4 tsp onion powder

-1/4 tsp black pepper

-1/4 tsp oregano

-1 tablespoon brown sugar

26 oz. pasta sauce

15 oz ricotta cheese

2 eggs

2 bags shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3/4 box of Lasagna Noodles

First preheat your oven to 350.

Brown the beef, add spices while browning.  Drain and mix with sauce.

In separate bowl, whisk eggs, parmesan and ricotta together.  Mix meat/sauce mixture in.

In 9x13 pan, layer uncooked noodles.  Cover with sauce/ricotta mix.  Cover that with mozzarella.  And repeat.

Covered with foil, Bake at 350, for 1 hour.  Cook 15 minutes more uncovered.

Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Chinese New Year (year of the Tiger). I hope everyone had a good one!

Here is my most recent DSC based off the 80's John Cusack film "Say Anything", I did it for Em for Valentine's Day. Since I had to do it in secrecy there is no drawing video. But since I got a brand new Flip video camera i did do a collaboration video with Em on how to make the Valentine's Day classic "Chocolate Covered Strawberries"!
